3 years agoSan Antonio Spurs center Jakob Poeltl will be held out of Tuesday's game against the Clippers as he gets back up to game speed following a stint in the league's health and safety protocols. Prior to being sidetracked, Poeltl was off to a strong start, having logged three double-doubles in seven games, while coming just shy of averaging a double-double for the year. Without him in the mix, Drew Eubanks will continue to have short-term season-long value, but the return of the Austrian big man does not appear far off. Poeltl's next chance to take the floor comes Thursday vs. Minnesota.--Jesse Borek
