3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers small forward Danny Green (hamstring) has been preemptively ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Jazz due to recurrent hamstring tightness. Green previously missed three contests this month with the issue, which allowed Furkan Korkmaz to take on an elevated offensive role. Even when healthy, Green has primarily been utilized as a three-point weapon for the Sixers this season, with 55 of his 62 shots (88.7%) coming from behind the arc. While the 34-year-old is knocking down triples at a 41.8% clip, he has averaged just 7.5 points per contest. His next chance at suiting up comes Thursday vs. Denver.--Jesse Borek
