3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers small forward Norman Powell (ankle) is set to take the floor for Wednesday's contest against Chicago. Powell, who has battled a left ankle sprain, has finished with single-digit shot attempts in two of his last three outings, averaging 10.7 points per game in that span. His presence in the rotation keeps Nassir Little's DFS appeal at bay, although head coach Chauncey Billups has been vocal about finding the right rotations amidst Portland's early-season struggles. The 28-year-old has been as steady as they come on the glass, having snagged either two or three rebounds in 10 of his 13 contests this year.--Jesse Borek
