Boston Welcomes Jaylen Brown Back On Monday
3 years agoBoston Celtics shooting guard/small forward Jaylen Brown (hamstring) has been cleared to return to action for Monday's game against Houston. Brown had been sidelined since Nov. 4 due to a strained right hamstring, with his return likely bumping Dennis Schroder from the starting five. Schroder has enjoyed significant fantasy upside as Boston's No. 2 scorer in Brown's absence, but the veteran figures to key the second unit, while the 25-year-old star enjoys a tantalizing matchup in his first game back. Over his first eight games of the season, the No. 3 overall pick from the 2016 NBA Draft has averaged a whopping 25.6 points and 6.1 rebounds per contest, which has him on pace for another All-Star caliber season.
