Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Likely To Miss At Least Three Games
3 years agoOklahoma City Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle) has been officially ruled out for Wednesday's game against Utah due to a sprained right ankle, which is also likely to keep him out at least two additional games as well. Head coach Mark Daigneault made it clear that the Thunder would prioritize Gilgeous-Alexander's long-term health and not be rushed back from the ailment. Aaron Wiggins will make his first NBA start Wednesday, but Josh Giddey and Luguentz Dort stand to see elevated assists upside so long as Gilgeous-Alexander is sidelined. The likeliest next time fantasy managers can anticipate seeing Gilgeous-Alexander in action comes next Wednesday vs. the Rockets.
