3 years agoNew York Knicks guard Alec Burks logged his first start of the campaign on Saturday against Atlanta and had a very good night with a team-high 23 points on 7-for-17 shooting in a 99-90 win. Most of his makes came from downtown as he went 4-for-7 with the three-ball, and Burks also collected seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and three turnovers in 39 minutes. Burks benefitted from the absence of Kemba Walker (rest) and Derrick Rose (ankle). He's also done well off the bench, so it wasn't really surprising that he was able to lead the team's offense.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
