3 years agoToronto Raptors point guard Fred VanVleet had it going on from deep with a 5-for-10 mark against Boston on Sunday, and it helped him to finish a losing effort with a game-high 27 points. He shot 8-for-16 from the field overall and 6-for-7 at the line, bagging six rebounds and three assists with two steals and three turnovers in 40 minutes. This marks the third time this season VanVleet has made at least five shots from behind the arc. He's shooting a very solid 42 percent from deep this month. The 27-year-old sniper will now have one night off before taking on Memphis and their least-efficient defense in the league. It's also a great matchup for VanVleet in terms of three-point shooting, as the Grizzlies give up a league-high 14.2 makes from outside per game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
