Jimmy Butler, Tyler Herro Ruled Out For Monday’s Game
3 years agoMiami Heat small forward Jimmy Butler (tailbone) and point/shooting guard Tyler Herro (illness) have both been downgraded to out for Monday's contest against Denver. The absence of the high-scoring duo stands to throw the Heat's rotation into flux, making Kyle Lowry, Duncan Robinson, Gabe Vincent, and Max Strus all intriguing DFS options. Butler's absence will be his fourth this season, and first since Nov. 15, while Herro will miss a second consecutive contest as he battles general body soreness. Both have gotten off to terrific starts to the year with Butler shooting a career-high 51.9 percent from the floor, while Herro has averaged a career-best 21.8 points per game.
