3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers small forwards Norman Powell (quad) and Nassir Little (ankle) have both been deemed unavailable for Tuesday's contest against Detroit. Powell's absence with a right quad contusion has now hit multiple games, and with Little -- his backup -- unavailable, Tony Snell and Larry Nance Jr. can be seen as next in line to get added run. Powell has shot a career-best 50.5 percent from the field across his first 18 games, with Little playing a valuable role for Portland's second unit with an average of 8.3 points and 5.3 boards per contest. The next chance for either player to get back into action comes Thursday vs. the Spurs.--Jesse Borek
