3 years agoPhoenix Suns guard Devin Booker (hamstring) will miss the remainder of the highly-anticipated showdown against the Warriors on Tuesday night. The 25-year-old sharpshooter tweaked his left hamstring in the second quarter and was subsequently ruled out after being examined in the locker room. This is a tough pill to swallow, mainly since Booker has played so well during the 2021-22 campaign, averaging 23.9 points, 5.1 boards, and 4.7 assists while shooting 41 percent from deep. However, it's still too early to tell if he will be available on Thursday against Detroit, although there's a strong chance he won't be. Nonetheless, fantasy managers should continue to monitor this situation as an update on his status moving ahead will likely come on Wednesday. In the meantime, Chris Paul and Deandre Ayton should take over most of the workload on the offensive end versus Golden State, though Mikal Bridges, Cameron Johnson, Jae Crowder, and Cameron Payne could benefit as well.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
