3 years agoCharlotte Hornets shooting guard Cody Martin (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Milwaukee. Martin's absence has now reached two games, with the team having kept its rotation at just eight players without him Monday. Martin has played a valuable, defense-centric role off the bench for the Hornets this season, with Kelly Oubre Jr. and Terry Rozier seeing slight bumps in playing time without Martin in the mix. Having averaged just 6.9 points per game during November, Martin can likely remain on the waiver wire in most season-long formats. His next chance to suit up comes Sunday vs. the Hawks.--Jesse Borek
