3 years agoDenver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic scored a season-high 39 points and tallied 11 rebounds and 11 assists in Wednesday's 120-114 overtime win against New Orleans. He missed just six of 23 shots all night and ended up scoring 11 of the team's 15 points in overtime. The MVP did MVP things here, and he's now recorded back-to-back triple-doubles. Jokic will complete the week with a pair of games against the Spurs in a favorable matchup. San Antonio gives up 23 points and 16.7 rebounds per 48 minutes to centers this season, which are some of the worst numbers in the league.
