Kevin Durant Placed In Health And Safety Protocols
3 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant (ankle) was already ruled out ahead of Saturday's matchup against Orlando. However, the former MVP was placed in health and safety protocols, so he is now in line to miss more time. This is both a blessing and a curse for fantasy managers, mainly since he has played so well all season. Yet, the 33-year-old is averaging 37 minutes per game, which certainly isn't ideal for a player who missed time because of a torn Achilles. Nonetheless, with most of the team in the same boat as Durant, Blake Griffin and Patty Mills are the favorites to lead the way offensively moving ahead.
