3 years agoToronto Raptors forward Norman Powell has entered the league's health and safety protocols. The Blazers are already without their two top scorers. Now, Powell is sidelined, which really hurts this roster. His absence should mean Ben McLemore, Tony Snell, and even CJ Elleby get more involved. None of them are great fantasy options, but McLemore is the best of the three. Anfernee Simons should handle the ball more often and possibly get more shooting chances. Simons should be rostered in most formats right now with the Blazers shorthanded.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
