3 years agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Lauri Markkanen (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Detroit Pistons. This marks the third game in a row that Markkanen has missed due to a right ankle sprain. It wouldn't be surprising if Markkanen misses a few more games due to this issue. Dean Wade has been starting in his absence, but isn't much of a fantasy option. Kevin Love and Cedi Osman are much better fantasy targets right now. Love being the best of the bunch, so fantasy managers should check to see if Love is available.
