3 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward LaMarcus Aldridge (ankle) won't play versus the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. Aldridge injured his left ankle during the first outing of the team's five-game road trip, although head coach Steve Nash remains optimistic he may return before the All-Star break. Nevertheless, Nicolas Claxton (hamstring) is also out, so Day'Ron Sharpe, James Johnson, and Blake Griffin could see an uptick in production. However, getting to the basket won't be easy for any of these guys, primarily with Nikola Jokic patrolling underneath the rim.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
