Justise Winslow Dealing With Achilles Soreness
3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Justise Winslow (Achilles) is questionable leading up to Sunday's matchup against Denver. The 25-year-old is currently dealing with soreness in his right Achilles. Winslow has played well in his seven games for the Blazers, averaging 12.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.4 steals. With the team dealing with some significant injuries across the board, another absence wouldn't be ideal. However, it would open the door for Josh Hart and Anfernee Simons to benefit the most on the offensive end. Trenton Watford, who had nine points throughout 23 minutes of action against the Warriors on Thursday, may also be in the running as a value option in DFS contests.
