ANALYSIS: He easily led the committee out of Carolina, rushing 14 times for 59 yards and catching both of his targets for 34 yards. We don't know yet what Jonathan Stewart's status will be for Week 16, but if he can't go then it looks like Artis-Payne is the add over the likes of Fozzy Whittaker and Mike Tolbert. Though it's clear that Cam Newton is still the best running back on the team right now. Carolina faces off with the Falcons and Buccaneers to end the year, with Atlanta being a much nicer matchup than Tampa Bay as far as a running back's prospects go.
