Carson Fulmer Should Be Prospectors' Radars Entering 2016

Fulmer is 22 this year, and even though he’s had only one year in the system, he showed a strong arm in A+ ball while striking out over a batter per inning and posting a 2.05 ERA and 1.04 WHIP in the 22 innings he pitched. His fastball and curveball both have scouts feeling good about his offerings, but he does need to shore up the command. Considering the stuff he has on the fastball and the bite he has on his curveball, he might open this year scaling it back a tad in order to improve his efficiency. He won’t be out there pitching well over 100 innings this year, but he could very well end up providing some bullpen relief for the White Sox later this year if they are in the hunt.
