ANALYSIS: Derek Carr came out firing against the Chargers in Week 7, finishing with 24 completions on 31 attempts for 289 yards, three touchdowns and a 77% completion percentage. Carr has tough test against the Jets in Week 8, but then he gets a much weaker Pittsburgh defense in Week 9. Carr and the Raiders have shown that they are far removed from being the joke that they've been in past years. Still available in over half of leagues, Carr is more appealing than his divisional rival Peyton Manning.
