Welcome back, RotoBallers! We had a little bit of an odd schedule of games here this weekend. There were eight games Saturday - and with a Monday game - that only leaves us with one game Sunday. I will be breaking down that game in full for you here. Keep reading this breakdown for my DFS soccer picks on RotoBaller and see how to have success on Sunday's slate.
The very large majority of my DFS content will be EPL or UCL-related, however, there is more soccer than just what is being played in England. If you want to chop it up with myself and other RotoBaller writers about non-EPL leagues or other sports, consider becoming a premium member and joining our ever-growing community of DFS and fantasy sports enthusiasts! There was some great conversation over the four UCL slates we had this week, and the Premium Slack chat is as full as ever!
In this article, I will be providing you with my English Premier League daily fantasy soccer lineup picks for FanDuel on 9/12/21 for the slate that locks at 11:30 pm ET. Be sure to also check out our other DFS lineup picks for other active sports. You can always find me on Twitter @vdray5 if you have any questions. Good luck, RotoBallers!

EPL DFS Lineup Picks - Overview
Leeds vs Liverpool
Liverpool (-140) look like they're going to be back in line for a title-contending season after a down year last year. They won their first two games before a 1-1 draw against a 10-man Chelsea team in their last game before the international break. They're firmly favored on the road against a Leeds side that has scuffled a bit to begin the season. Liverpool should control this game and come out with three points. The goal total over/under is 3.0 with the over at -122, so we should definitely see some goals Sunday.
FanDuel DFS Forwards / Midfielders
We should all know by now that opposing attackers against Leeds are often a priority play. Mo Salah ($15) is an awesome captain option on this slate with -150 anytime scoring odds and good attacking peripherals. He has two goals in his three games this year to go along with six shots on goal and nine chances created. This is an ideal matchup for Salah from a floor and goal upside standpoint.
Diogo Jota ($14) - who also has scored twice this season - is second on my list of Liverpool attackers.
I am not interested in Patrick Bamford ($13) on this slate. His fantasy value has been pretty reliant on goals this year, and Liverpool does not concede often. I would rather get Raphina ($12) and/or Jack Harrison ($11) in this spot. They have goal upside - although not as much as Bamford - but they both get better peripherals than Bamford.
Stuart Dallas ($7) is my favorite value attacker on either side of this game.
FanDuel DFS Defenders
Joel Matip ($5) is underpriced on this slate and can provide some much-needed value on this slate to jam in three top-tier attackers.
Trent Alexander-Arnold ($10) has been on a tear so start this season. He has had some massive fantasy games, and he's in a prime spot for another in a good matchup against Leeds.
