FantasyDraft - DFS Quarterback Pick

Cam Newton vs TB ($13,700)

Newton has looked good as a passer this season, averaging 211.6 passing yards and 1.5 passing touchdowns per game this season. He gets an elite matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who are allowing 271 passing yards per game this season, which ranks last in the NFL. They have also allowed 21 passing touchdowns, while only intercepting 12 passes. Newton also comes with rushing value, as he is averaging 45.9 rushing yards and 0.4 rushing touchdowns per game, as well. The Panthers have one of the highest implied team totals on the slate at 28.3 points, and Newton is a good bet to find the end zone multiple times this week. He is an elite option.

FantasyDraft - DFS Running Back Picks

Kareem Hunt vs MIA ($14,400)

Hunt is a player that has displayed elite upside when given a heavy workload. The Chiefs cut back his workload for a few games in the middle of the season, but they are seemingly riding him once again to the playoffs. In the last two weeks, Hunt has totaled 344 yards and three touchdowns on 59 touches. He had a questionable touchdown catch called back last week, as well. He gets a solid matchup against the Miami Dolphins, who rank 26th in the NFL against running backs. Hunt is expected to see a heavy workload once again, as the Chiefs are sizable favorites. He is an elite option that might be low owned because of players being scared off by his workload.

Kapri Bibbs vs DEN ($7,000)

Bibbs is only in play if the situation calls for it, but he it would not be wise for me to skip over him. Samaje Perine was injured on Thursday in practice and questionable for this week. If he is out, will be the default workhorse running back for Washington. In his last game, he only saw two carries, but he also turned four targets into four receptions for 47 yards and one touchdown. He is a big play threat, who has proven that he can contribute fantasy points multiple ways. If Perine is active, Bibbs only has GPP appeal, but he can be used in all leagues if Perine is forced to miss this game.

FantasyDraft - DFS Wide Receiver Picks

Keelan Cole at SF ($8,700)

Cole has looked outstanding this season, surprising everyone as an undrafted free agent. He has been heating up over his last three games, totaling 13 receptions for 334 yards and three touchdowns over that span. It was announced the Marqise Lee is expected to miss an extended period of time, which opens the door for Cole to receive more targets this week. He gets an elite matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, and Cole is a solid salary relief option.

Paul Richardson at DAL ($7,400)

Richardson is a player that tends to go overlooked because of the focus around Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, and Jimmy Graham in Seattle. He has been a big part of the offense recently, though, averaging 6.6 targets per game over his last five games. He also ranks second on the team in red zone targets behind only Graham. He is a big play threat that is seeing plenty of opportunity, but his price tag still comes extremely cheap. He is a high upside salary relief option this week.

FantasyDraft - DFS Tight End Pick

Cameron Brate at CAR ($5,800)

Brate looked outstanding early this season before giving way to rookie O.J. Howard. In his first seven games, Brate averaged a 4.4/57.9/0.6 line on 6.3 targets per game. He has seen limited targets in his last six games, recording more than one reception only once. With that being said, Howard has been placed on IR, allowing Brate to take over as the lead tight end once again. His price tag is a bit too low, and Brate is a safe option this week.

FantasyDraft - DFS Defense Pick

Chicago Bears D/ST vs CLE ($6,700)

The Chicago Bears have featured a slightly above average defense this season, allowing 21.0 points per game through 14 games. They are also averaging 2.8 sacks and 1.4 turnovers per game, while recording four defensive touchdowns and one safety. They get an elite matchup against the Cleveland Browns, who lead the NFL in turnovers by a large margin this season. The Bears are -6.5 point favorites in a game set at 38 points, giving the Browns the lowest implied team total on the slate at 15.8 points.
