ANALYSIS: Zoom out on Los Angeles Angels starting pitcher Felix Pena and just look at the 3.75 ERA/1.25 WHIP with nearly a strikeout per inning (76 in 81 ⅔ IP) and you get a serviceable arm. Not terribly exciting, but not bad either.
