Welcome back to another installment of the hitting streamers column! This edition is for September 14 through September 20.
As will be the case every week, I will offer a couple of worthy streamers for each position (catcher, corner infield, middle infield, outfield) based on the number of games the players have for the upcoming week, favorable matchups, or injury replacements. You may not always see well-known names in this column; my goal is to identify hitters who I think have the best chance to do well for the following week, not just to identify names you may recognize who are available.
This column will highlight players rostered in roughly fewer than 50% of Yahoo leagues who could present as nice streaming options for the upcoming week. With just a few weeks left in the fantasy baseball season, some managers will need to make final choice moves to propel themselves to victory. Which players could help you this week? Let's find out!

Behind the Plate
Sean Murphy (C, OAK) - 18% rostered
Sean Murphy has not performed as well as fantasy players had hoped this season, but he has performed quite well recently, particularly among available catchers. Murphy has hit .333 with two home runs and four RBI over the last seven days and has the matchups to continue to hit this week. The A's will face the Mariners on the road twice, the Rockies on the road twice, and the Giants three times at home. Hopefully, fantasy players won't have to plug a new catcher into their lineups this late in the season, but Murphy is a worthy candidate if they need to.
Also Consider: Joey Bart (C, SF) 31% rostered, Kurt Suzuki (C, WAS) 12% rostered
At the Corners
Brandon Belt (1B/OF, SF) - 50% rostered
I wrote about Brandon Belt last week and, while his rostership has increased, he still qualifies for this article. Belt continued to produce offensively last week, hitting .278 with two HR and seven RBI. The Giants only have five matchups this week (two at the Mariners and three at the A's), but the whole Giants' offense have been on fire lately. Belt has been on a hot enough streak that he is worth a roster spot despite the lack of matchups.
Bobby Dalbec (1B/3B, BOS) - 15% rostered
Once again, another young prospect has found his way into this article. Bobby Dalbec got called up at the end of August and has compiled an impressive .719 slugging percentage with five HR and eight RBI. The Red Sox get six decent matchups this week with three games at the Marlins (4.69 team ERA) and three against the Yankees (4.44 team ERA). Given the pop he has shown, Dalbec could be a nice spark plug for fantasy players down the stretch.
Also Consider: Jeimer Candelario (1B/3B, DET) 45% rostered, Miguel Andujar (3B, NYY) 22% rostered, Rio Ruiz (1B/3B, BAL) 7% rostered
Up the Middle
Chris Taylor (2B/SS/OF, LAD) - 29% rostered
Like teammate Kike Hernandez, Chris Taylor usually pops up as a useful streamer at some point during every fantasy season, and now is the time. Taylor has been getting playing time lately and capitalizing on it, hitting .350 with one HR and five RBI over the last seven days. The Dodgers get seven nice matchups, three at the Padres and four tasty matchups at the Rockies. Factor in the lineup he hits in and his multi-position eligibility and Taylor is a prime streaming candidate.
Andres Gimenez (2B/SS, NYM) - 13% rostered
Another prospect who has performed well this season, Andres Gimenez has been particularly hot lately. The 22-year-old has hit .409 with one HR, five RBI, and a stolen base over the last seven days. The Mets have six favorable matchups this week, three at the Phillies (5.15 team ERA) and three against the Braves (4.71 team ERA). Gimenez is worth a stream this week given his production at the plate and his speed.
Also Consider: Nick Solak (2B/3B/OF, TEX) 34% rostered, Tommy La Stella (1B/2B/3B, OAK) 28% rostered, Nick Madrigal (2B/SS, CHW) 26% rostered
In the Outfield
Adam Duvall (OF, ATL) - 47% rostered
The Braves have been putting up some big scores lately, and Adam Duvall has had a lot to do with it. Duvall has crushed the baseball lately, batting .357 with five HR and 11 RBI over the last seven days. The Braves have decent matchups this week with three games at the Orioles and three games at the Mets. At this point, Duvall is so hot that he would be worth a flyer regardless of the matchups.
Ryan Mountcastle (OF, BAL) - 47% rostered
Ryan Mountcastle has continued to impress since joining the O's, who have played surprisingly well as a team. He has been on fire at the plate lately, hitting .526 with two HR and nine RBI over the last seven days. The O's get eight matchups this week, and while they aren't fantastic (three against the Braves, five against the Rays), Mountcastle's recent performance and the sheer number of games makes him a worthy streamer.
Also Consider: Alex Dickerson (OF, SF) 29% rostered, Kike Hernandez (2B/SS/OF, LAD) 18% rostered, Mauricio Dubon (2B/SS/OF, SF) 7% rostered
