LCS/LEC DFS Lineup Picks for 8/28/21 - FanDuel, DraftKings League Of Legends Daily Fantasy

Welcome to RotoBaller's coverage of League of Legends DFS for both FanDuel and DraftKings. Be on the lookout for coverage of the LPL, LCK, and LCS as well as we have some great analysts covering all LoL leagues for the playoffs. Today, I am focusing on the 2-game LCS/LEC slate with contests available on FanDuel and DraftKings.

We get a 2 game slate featuring one game from the LCS and one from the LEC. With it only being a 2 game slate I will only be providing analysis on one play per position and providing a secondary option.

Today I'll be bringing you my top League of Legends advice, analysis, and picks, for the slate beginning on Saturday, August 28th, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST. You can check me out on Twitter @nolanroth10 and follow me for more LOL content!

Matchups

  • Rogue (-115) vs. Fnatic (-115)
  • 100T vs. Cloud 9 (-135)

Captain

Larssen - RGE: Larssen led Rogue in kill share during the summer split, and while they did just get swept by Mad Lions last week, I was surprised to see them at even odds against Fnatic. We know any series with Fnatic is going to be bloody so why not get one of the kill prominent players on Rogue.

Secondary Option: Hans Sama - RGE

TOP

Fudge - C9: I can see this series going either way, but I am going to give the slight edge to C9. Fudge has been given counter pick 73% of the time in the playoffs. His kill participation is lower than the rest of his team but each top laner on the slate has the lowest KP on their teams in the playoffs.

Secondary Option: Adam - FNC

JUNGLE

Inspired – RGE: Inspired leads Rogue in the playoffs with a 32.1% kill share and 68.7% kill participation. Inspired is a fantastic jungler and always seems to be in the right place at the right time. We know this series will have plenty of kills so grabbing Inspired only makes sense.

Secondary Option: Blaber - C9, Bwipo - FNC

MID

Larssen - RGE: If using a Rogue stack and Larssen isn't your choice at captain play him here.

Secondary Option: Perkz - C9

ADC

Hans Sama - RGE: Hans Sama is one of the best ADC's in the LEC. He has a 22.9% kill share during the playoffs, which is lower than expected, but it takes only one series to change. He went 9/3/7 in Rogue's last game against Fnatic.

Secondary Option: Upset - FNC: I wouldn't use both in the same lineup, I would look to play Zven. However, whichever side of the RGE/FNC game you are on you will want their ADC.

SUPPORT

Hylissang- FNC: Hylissang has been playing great this playoffs and always has huge upside at the support position. He is extremely aggressive on a team that loves to fight. That is a great combination for scoring well. I would avoid playing him in lineups with Rogue stacks, but anytime Fnatic is on the slate Hyli carries tremendous upside.

Secondary Option: Trymbi - RGE, Vulcan - C9

TEAM

C9: Either of the teams you have winning are in play here however I will be using 4 players from the RGE/FNC game in all my lineups as the kill totals will likely be much higher.

Secondary Option: RGE

Final Thoughts

At this point in the playoffs, every game could go either way. Each series should be great to watch and an argument can be made for playing any of the teams in DFS. I am leaning RGE and C9 if making one lineup.
