Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 MLB season is alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest to win, MLB DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props as well as hitter props in which you determine if the pitcher or hitter in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. There is only one game on the slate today, so we will take a look at some fantasy score props for players on each of the Yankees and Red Sox.

Fantasy Score MLB Totals
DJ LeMahieu over 7.5 fantasy points - I know DJ did not have the MVP-caliber first half that he did in 2019 and 2020, but he should be able to turn it around for this Yankees' offense in the second half and that could start tonight. For his career, he has hit left-handed pitching to the tune of a .326 average and .856 OPS. He has also hit Eduardo Rodriguez rather well as he has a .316 average against him in 16 at-bats.
Gleyber Torres over 7.0 fantasy points - For his career, Torres has posted an .828 OPS against left-handers and has also posted an .828 OPS at home. He gets both of these matchups tonight against Eduardo Rodrigues in Yankee Stadium. He has been relatively cold on the season, but he was starting to warm up as the All-Star break approached. He has also done very well against Rodriguez in his career as he is 7-for-19 with three home runs, nine RBI, and a 1.458 OPS.
Xander Bogaerts over 8.0 fantasy points - Bogaerts was hitting .273 with two bombs leading up to the All-Star break, so hopefully, he can continue his success tonight against Jordan Montgomery and the Yankees. He has a career .872 OPS vs. left-handers and is especially good against Montgomery as he has gone 9-for-17 with two doubles against him. Montgomery has also struggled a bit against righties this season as he has allowed eight home runs and nearly a 5.00 ERA against them.
J.D. Martinez over 8.0 fantasy points - Martinez is another hitter that was relatively hot leading up to the break as he had a .996 OPS with two home runs and nine RBI in the two weeks leading up to it. He has hit lefties very well in his career as he has an OPS of .986. While Martinez is only 1-for-10 in his career off Montgomery, Mongomery's struggles vs. right-handed hitters are noted above and this could be a great spot for Martinez to take advantage of that.
