Hello everybody and welcome! The 2021 MLB season is alive and well and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest to win, MLB DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props as well as hitter props in which you determine if the pitcher or hitter in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. For today's article, we are going to look at a little bit of everything in terms of K props, hitter props, and hitter fantasy scores.

Single Stat and Fantasy Score MLB and MLBP Totals
Garrett Richards under 4 strikeouts - Richards has come out and admitted that he is struggling to pitch without the sticky stuff and this has been noted by the fact that he has only struck out five in his last 12 1/3 innings pitched and has not gotten more than three in those three starts that comprise those 12 1/3 innings. He will also be facing a tough Phillies squad that is only striking out at a rate of 19.8% vs. right-handers over the previous 10 days, which is ranked sixth-best in baseball over that span. The Phillies are also posting a wRC+ mark of 147 vs. righties over that same span, which is ranked second-best in baseball.
Marcus Semien over .5 Runs + RBI - Any time we have a chance to play a leadoff hitter in an explosive offense at .5, we need to take the shot. Semien has been on fire lately as he is hitting .313 with a combined 24 runs + RBI over the previous two weeks. While he has a tough matchup vs. Shane McClanahan, he is not invincible as he has allowed eight bombs to right-handed hitters this season and has a 4.63 ERA at home. The Rays pen has also faltered once again and is posting a 4.68 ERA over the previous 15 days, which is ranked in the bottom half of baseball over that span.
Andrew Vaughn over .5 Runs + RBI - Vaughn has a solid matchup against Jorge Lopez and the Orioles' pen. Lopez has allowed a .307 BAA to right-handed hitters this season and has also given up eight bombs to them. Once he is finished, the Orioles pen will enter and they have the second-worst ERA in the league over the previous 15 days with an ERA of 6.60. Vaughn is also hitting .324 with a combined 12 runs + RBI over the previous two weeks and the White Sox have an implied total of over six runs tonight.
Xander Bogaerts over 9.0 fantasy points - Xander is in a great spot tonight against Phillies' starter Vincent Velasquez. Velasquez has allowed 10 bombs to right-handers this season as well as eight doubles. He also has a pen behind him that is posting a 4.44 ERA over the previous 15 days. Bogaerts has also been hot as he has 17 combined runs + RBI over the previous 15 days to go along with a .333 average. The Red Sox also have an implied total of 6.3 runs, which is the highest total on the board.
