Nassir Little (SF, POR) - Week 6 Waiver Wire Pickups

BALLER MOVE: Add In 14-Team Leagues

OWNED IN: 4% of leagues

ANALYSIS: The Portland Trail Blazers appear to have a good amount of depth at the wing position. Lately, rookie small forward Nassir Little has been able to stand out a bit from the pack and earn more playing time, which has led to some solid production.

Little saw over 20 minutes per game for four games straight from November 13 to November 19, highlighted by a double-double (12 points, 11 rebounds) against the Pelicans.

While he's had extended playing time, Little has shown that he can contribute in threes, steals and blocks, averaging around one per game in each stat, and that he could put up around eight rebounds per game.

Little is a solid speculative add in leagues of 14 teams or deeper. His playing time is no guarantee as the team also has Rodney Hood, Gary Trent Jr., Kent Bazemore and now Carmelo Anthony in the mix for playing time at small forward. Plus Mario Hezonja is looming and the team can play small with Anfernee Simons at small forward as well.
