Seahawks @ Bills More or Less Contest
Recommended Prop Pick:
Russell Wilson more than 298.5 passing yards and Josh Allen more than 288.5 passing yards
Going to go with more overs in a game involving the Seahawks, what a shocker. While the Bills have looked strong vs. the pass over the previous four weeks by allowing just under 170 passing yards per game, they have had some favorable circumstances to achieve this. First, they have played the Patriots and Jets in the previous two weeks, who rank 30th and 32nd overall, respectively in terms of passing yards per game. They also had the benefit of facing the Chiefs in terrible weather, so Mahomes managed just 225 through the air. Wilson could be without Chris Carson this week, which could mean even more passing for the stud quarterback. Without Carson last week, Wilson threw for his third-most attempts on the season with a total of 37. He has gone over 300 passing yards four times this season and Sunday could be yet another.
Josh Allen has slowed down since he started the season with three consecutive 300-yard passing games, but he could easily get back on track this week in a game that features the highest total on the board at 55. He should get a solid boost vs. a Seahawks Defense that has allowed an average of 302 passing yards per game to quarterbacks over the previous four weeks, which ranks fourth-worst in the league. Allen has a plethora of weapons to throw the ball to in Stefon Diggs, Cole Beasley, and John Brown. This should work out well for him as the Seahawks have given up an average of 19 receptions per game to wide receivers and are allowing 180 receiving yards to them as well. The Bills are also home underdogs, which could add in a bit more passing to the mix for Allen and help him get over the total as well.

Steelers @ Cowboys Fantasy Challenge
Recommended Prop Pick:
James Conner, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Ezekiel Elliott more than 51.5 fantasy points
This is the marquee game this week if only because it pits two teams with rich traditions and strong fan bases against each other. Many people will tune in to watch this game, so we might as well have a little fun with a fantasy challenge while we watch.
James Conner is my favorite play in this contest and he should be the anchor of it. The Cowboys have been struggling against the run as they have allowed 141.25 rushing yards to backs over the previous four weeks, which ranks second-worst in the league over that span. They are also allowing nearly 5.5 yards per carry to backs, which is atrocious. Conner has seen an average of 17 rushing attempts per game as well as nearly three receptions per game in games that he has started and finished (I threw out the game Week 1 when he left early against the Giants). He has also managed to score in all but one of those six games. He is prime for a solid day, especially considering the Steelers are currently sitting as 14 point favorites, which means he could see plenty of work late to grind down the Dallas defense.
JuJu Smith-Schuster is another guy I like in this prop as the Cowboys pass defense has also been suspect lately. The Cowboys have allowed 568 yards to wide receivers as well as five receiving touchdowns across the previous four weeks. While JuJu appeared to fall out of favor of Big Ben in Weeks 3-6, he has become firmly entrenched in the offense in the previous two weeks as noted by his 22 targets and 16 receptions across that span. He also should have Jourdan Lewis covering him out of the slot and Lewis has allowed receivers to score an average of 11.6 fantasy points per game. He should be able to find plenty of success in this situation, but if you wanted to look for an alternative to JuJu, my second recommendation here would be Chase Claypool. Claypool gets decent volume in the passing game as noted by his average of six targets per game over the previous four games, but he also has been utilized in the rushing attack as he has scored on the ground twice this season. He will draw a matchup with Trevon Diggs who has allowed an average of over 15 fantasy points per game. Also, take note of what Odell Beckham Jr. was able to do vs. this Cowboys team on the ground and through the air as well.
Zeke may scare people this week, but the volume should be there for him and he could have a solid bounceback game vs. a Steelers Defense that has struggled a bit to stop the run over the previous four weeks. He could also be in an even better spot if the Steelers are without Cam Heyward and Tyson Alualu, but time will tell if that ends up being the case. In any event, the Steelers have allowed running backs to average nearly 108 rushing yards per game as well as over five yards per carry across the previous four weeks. Although Zeke has been having a down season, the volume is still there as noted by the fact that he is still averaging over 20 touches per game. He is averaging nearly 17 carries per game and combining that with over four receptions per game. This means that even if the Cowboys get down (as expected), Zeke should still be viable in the passing game, which will certainly boost his value in this PPR format on MKF.
