St. Louis Cardinals - Today's MLB Betting Analysis

At 81-58, the St. Louis Cardinals travel to take on the Pittsburgh Pirates, ranked 1st in the NL Central division. So far, St. Louis has been tough as the road team, putting together a mark of 35-34. The team will look to tack on another victory as they defeated Pittsburgh by a score of 7-5. St. Louis's overall series record is above .500, sitting at 23-10-10.

The Cardinals will send Jose Quintana to the mound with an overall record of 3-5. Coming into the game, Quintana has put together an ERA of 3.32 across his 20 outings. Compared to other pitchers, he has an elevated batting average allowed (.248). Per 9 innings pitched, Quintana is averaging just 0.61 home runs allowed.
