6 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers defensive unit should not be trusted in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Niners have allowed the sixth-most points through three weeks and struggled to defend the pass, surrendering a 104.0 rating to opposing quarterbacks. The team is also one of two squads yet to record an interception and have only seven sacks on the year. The 49ers will meet a high-powered Chargers offense averaging 27.3 points per game and veteran quarterback Philip Rivers who has shredded defenses for eight touchdowns with just one interception.
