7 years agoFree-agent cornerback Richard Sherman is considering a potential three-year deal from the San Francisco 49ers, according to sources. The Niners don't appear to be concerned that the aging superstar is coming off two Achilles surgeries in the offseason. San Fran could be the perfect fit for Sherman, as he's a Northern California native and would get to face the Seahawks twice a year. Sherman would certainly be a huge upgrade to San Francisco's rebuilding defense in the secondary. Stay tuned, as Sherman is scheduled to visit with the Lions next week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
