3 years agoThe San Francisco 49ers have waived quarterback Josh Rosen. A first-round pick in 2018, Rosen's NFL career has been a complete dud. He started 14 games as a rookie, but has just three starts over the past two seasons and didn't play at all in 2020. The Niners were the fourth team to roster Rosen over the past four years, and at this point, they might be the last one. The 49ers didn't necessarily need Rosen as they have Jimmy Garoppolo and Trey Lance, but it's also hard to see a team out there that would view Rosen as a positive on their roster. Maybe he winds up on a practice squad. If you're still holding him in dynasty leagues, it's time to let go.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
