Brown (chest) has been designated to return off Injured Reserve, a move that paves the way for the wideout to get back into action as soon as Thursday against San Francisco. Brown has been out since Week 11, not having found the end zone since Week 8. Julio Jones (hamstring) and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine have served as Ryan Tannehill's top pass-catching options in Brown's absence, though the former Pro Bowler would take over as the Titans' clear top target once activated. Due to the layoff, Brown will likely need time to ramp up for game action, so fantasy managers will want to stay updated on his status throughout the week.
