A.J. Brown Has Negative X-Rays On Ribs
3 years agoTennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown (chest) left Sunday's game early with a chest injury and had X-rays done on his ribs, which came back negative. The third-year wideout will have more tests on Monday, but as of now, it looks like Brown has been able to avoid a serious injury. The Titans can't afford to lose another starting receiver, as they are already down Julio Jones (hamstring) and recently moved on from Josh Reynolds. The offense looked out of sync in Week 11, as they put up just 13 points against the Houston Texans. Brown caught five passes for 48 yards, which is his second straight dud for fantasy managers after being held to one catch for 16 yards in Week 10. Still, if he is on the field, Brown figures to command a significant target share with Jones out of action, which is enough reason to value him as a high-end WR2 with WR1 upside moving forward.
