3 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back A.J. Rose made some strong strides in the team's first preseason game against the Broncos. Rose showed strong vision and burst en route to 100 rushing yards on 25 carries. The Vikings did not suit up star running back Dalvin Cook and backup Alexander Mattison, opening the door for Rose to make an impression. A roster spot could be viewed as a long shot but Rose should continue to see plenty of preseason action and may have locked up a spot on the team's practice squad.--Joey C - RotoBaller
