4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks (legs) is good to go for Friday's series opener against the Nationals. Hicks was experiencing cramps in both of his legs during the later innings of Thursday's loss to the Astros, although manager Aaron Boone had indicated that it wasn't a serious issue, a sentiment supported by his presence in the lineup on Friday. The veteran outfielder will bat fifth against Nationals lefty Patrick Corbin, who has surrendered a 12 percent barrel rate and .589 expected slugging percentage this season. Hicks will be batting from the right side, where he's posted a .943 OPS along with three of his four home runs this season.--Tim Capurso
