2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Hicks (shin) remains out of the starting lineup on Friday against the division-rival Boston Red Sox. Hicks has been sidelined since he fouled a ball off his right shin on Tuesday. He was able to take batting practice on the field before Friday's contest, though, so there's a chance he'll return to the starting lineup this weekend. Joey Gallo will play left field and hit ninth against Red Sox right-hander Nathan Eovaldi. Gallo will be a boom/bust DFS play on Friday in the nine-hole. He's mostly been bust in 2022, hitting a pathetic .164/.290/.332 with 10 home runs, 21 RBI, 29 runs scored and two stolen bases in 214 at-bats for the Yankees.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
