6 years agoGreen Bay running back Aaron Jones ran for 86 yards on 12 carries and scored a touchdown in a Week 8 loss against the Los Angeles Rams. Almost as importantly Jones, normally a shaky handed receiver, caught both of his targets on the day. Jones was the starting running back for the second consecutive game and saw significantly more touches than running backs Jamaal Williams and Ty Montgomery for the first time this season. Jones is an electric talent who is averaging over six yards a carry. If he can maintain even this modest workload he can be relied upon as a high-end flex/low-end RB2 for the remainder of the season. Especially as future matchups should be more favorable than the imposing Rams defense.--Tyger McGuiggan
