Aaron Judge, DJ LeMahieu Out Of Lineup Thursday
4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge and second baseman DJ LeMahieu are both getting the day off Thursday against Phillies right-hander Zach Eflin after both players took the field for both legs of Wednesday’s doubleheader. Mike Tauchman enters the lineup for Judge and takes over the leadoff spot -- which makes him a high-upside DFS candidate -- while Tyler Wade mans the keystone in place of LeMahieu. Both Judge and LeMahieu are of to prodigious starts in 2020, as the hulking slugger leads the Majors in home runs (seven) and RBI (17), while the 31-year-old infielder has opened the campaign with a .415 batting average and 190 OPS+. The next chance that either man will have to get back in the lineup comes Friday against Rays lefty Blake Snell.
