5 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge (rib) underwent a CT scan on Friday and is awaiting the results. Judge suffered a stress fracture in his rib late last season and has been limited to light activities this spring as a result. Although unlikely, surgery is still an option for Judge depending on the results of his CT scan. If Judge avoids surgery as expected, then the outfielder should be expected to be ready for Opening Day. When healthy, Judge is an elite fantasy option with a career .952 OPS, though his health dampens the fantasy value of outfielders Clint Frazier and Mike Tauchman, both of whom were expected to claim regular playing time in Judge’s absence.--Sam Chinitz
