5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola allowed four runs in 6 2/3 innings while striking out eight against the Braves Sunday afternoon. Nola allowed seven hits and three walks but received plenty of offensive support to earn his ninth win of the season. Nola started the season slowly but has a 2.02 ERA since June 21 with 63 strikeouts in 54 1/3 innings. Nola should continue to be a fantasy ace moving forward, especially with a great matchup in his next start Saturday vs the White Sox.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
