5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies Aaron Nola struck out 10 batters while only allowing one run across seven dominant innings Saturday. Nola allowed just three hits and two walks while picking up his 10th win of the season. Nola got off to a slow start this season but is sporting a 1.91 ERA in nine starts since June 21. On the season Nola is sporting a 3.88 xFIP with a 10.2 swinging-strike rate which has helped him strike out 163 batters in 142 1/3 innings.
