6 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (knee) said he has a sprained knee and that it has been "pretty sore the last three days." He didn't practice on Wednesday and isn't committing to playing in Week 2 against the Vikings, but he did say he wouldn't need any practice time in order to play. "I want to play obviously," Rodgers said Wednesday. "You're just taking it one day at a time. See how it feels tomorrow and see how it feels Friday, Saturday and then hopefully ready to go Sunday." The star quarterback said he got through the second half against the Bears largely due to adrenaline and the fact that Dr. Pat McKenzie said that he couldn't do any further damage to the knee. Rodgers' mobility may be compromised a bit this Sunday, but we fully expect him to play in a much tougher matchup. He may not be worth his high price tag in DFS games, but Rodgers is a must-start if he's active in season-long leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
