4 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Aaron Sanchez had a nice first start with his new team in Tuesday's 1-3 loss to the Padres. Sanchez pitched five innings, allowing a single run on six hits and no walks with four strikeouts. It was Sanchez's first start since 2019, so it was nice to see the strong outcome. He will next face a relatively tough matchup against the Reds at home. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues should keep an eye on Sanchez, as he could be worth a roster spot if he can truly turn things around from several seasons ago.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
