Adael Amador Continues To Impress In Single-A
2 years agoColorado Rockies shortstop prospect Adael Amador went 2-for-4 with a double and home run for Single-A Fresno on Wednesday. Amador is a top-five prospect for the Rockies and has impressed with a .307 batting average to go along with 12 homers, 40 RBI and 18 stolen bases. At just 19 years of age, Amador is still a few years away from the big leagues, but the switch-hitter has impressed enough this season for dynasty managers to start filing his name away. His biggest flaw at the moment is his defense and it's no guarantee that he remains at shortstop, but with his ability to his for both power and swipe bags, he can be a strong option in a few years for managers.
