4 years agoKansas City Royals shortstop Adalberto Mondesi (foot) will make his spring debut on Friday against the Dodgers. Mondesi has been eased into action as he continues to deal with a sore foot after being hit by a pitch. The 25-year-old was able to take batting practice and run the bases on Wednesday, so it was never really a serious concern. Mondesi will hurt fantasy manager's batting average numbers a bit, but he's the best stolen base threat in the game after swiping 67 bases in his last 161 games played. He's worth drafting in category formats if you can stomach the potential hit in batting average.--Tim Capurso
