2 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Adam Duvall has been placed on the paternity leave list as of Friday. The 33-year-old is expected to miss the weekend series, but should return early next week. This is actually good timing since Duvall has been dealing with a hand issue. This time off gives him an opportunity to heal and get back to 100 percent healthy. Duvall isn't much of an option in most fantasy formats. He could be useful in deep formats because of his power, but he'll never hit for a high average. Mike Ford has been recalled from the minors to take over the active spot on the roster. The 30-year-old doesn't offer much with the bat, so fantasy managers can ignore him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
