7 years agoWashington Nationals manager Davey Martinez said on Monday that he is hopeful outfielder Adam Eaton (ankle) could return to the team on Friday. Eaton suffered an ankle injury just eight games into the 2018 season. In those eight games, Eaton hit .345 with two home runs and five RBI, showing his potential. Eaton is coming off of a season in which he tore his ACL just 23 games in. When healthy, he is a dual-threat player who provides solid power and speed. Assuming he is able to return on Friday, he is a must-start in all formats.--Dan Fappiano
