3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Adam Engel played the role of hero for the team on Sunday versus the Baltimore Orioles. Engel went 2-for-4 with the winning three-run home run in the top of the tenth inning. Engel has missed most of the season with injuries, but he has been productive when he has been on the field. Engel is most known for defense, but he has been providing plenty of offense this season. The outfielder has now homered in consecutive games and is hitting .286 with five home runs, 11 RBI and two stolen bases in his first 42 at-bats. Engel has never been a big offensive producer, but he's worth a look in deeper formats with the way he's swinging at the moment.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
